In a May 14, 2009 article entitled “Women Will Rule Business,” Time Magazine proclaimed that: “The workplace-research group Catalyst studied 353 Fortune 500 companies and found that those with the most women in senior management had a higher return on equities — by more than a third.”

We think we may have found the key to success for both established and new businesses. Hire women as senior managers, and watch your equity grow. But first, let’s figure out how to balance workplace inequalities such as pay discrepancy and the mommy penalty, so that women themselves are more motivated to climb to the top of the corporate ladder.
